Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete as well as a model. After giving up her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Her Pro Card was granted a year later, when she was 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. When she quit her gymnastics profession and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness shows when she was 16. She won her Pro Card just one year later when she was 17. So becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was required to take an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete the college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up where she previously left off competing in top competitions like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. When she won her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished 3rd at the show. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel took to the Olympia Stage and won 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered and was thrilled by the result. It is no surprise that Ariel was able to place well, considering that she had to compete with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with the machine and bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to working out. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
